Challenges to Effective Corporate Governance

On 15 November 2006, the Center for Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (CCRS) and FINRISK hosted a conference to explore current challenges and limits to effective corporate governance. The conference analyzed causes, implications and possible remedies for corporate governance failures.
